To help alleviate arthritis pain, willow bark, and turmeric are good and are also anti-inflammatory.
(Capsules are sold in health food stores.)
Eat more fresh garlic and onions as they are sulfur-containing foods and aid in bone and cartilage reconstruction.
Tart red cherries are also recommended to ease the pain.
Also eat leafy greens for its vitamin K content.
Pomegranates are also anti-inflammatory.
Arthritis sufferers may take daily, morning and night, one cup of hot water with two spoons of honey and one small teaspoon of cinnamon powder. If taken regularly even chronic arthritis can be relieved.

The Lighthouse
