ITALIAN BREAD CRUMBS OR VEGAN /GLUTEN FREE 2 EGGS , EGG BEATERS OR VEGAN EGG SUBSTITUTE 1TBS.CRAZY MIXED UP SALT OR SEA SALT ( YOUR CHOICE) 1TBSP. MRS. DASH ( GARLIC & HERB ) A PINCH OF CAYENNE PEPPER( OPTIONAL) 1TBS. VEGAN EGG RE PLACER FOR BINDING 1TSP. MINCED GARLIC OR 2 CLOVES ***************************************** PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS IN A FOOD PROCESSOR , PROCESS A FEW TIMES ( DON'T PUREE )
I USE A 1/4 C. ICE-CREAM SCOOP FOR EACH STEAK NOW YOU CAN GRILL, BAKE OR PAN FRY IN A LITTLE OLIVE OIL
THAT IT!!!! THEY ARE SO GOOD (YUM)
YOU CAN CUT IN STRIPS WITH PEPPERS & ONIONS ON A GRILLED ROLL , EAT THEM COLD AS LUNCH MEAT ......THE POSSIBILITIES ARE ENDLESS . GOD BLESS & ENJOY *
