Habakkuk 3:17-19

"6 days I've been roaming the waves of Life, on the Shabbath He brought them to cease. Dreams: pictured emontions, shades became Light. Roaming the seas of Glory, within the reach of sight. "Rjoice, rejoice at all times! " I felt Him tugging my tired heart!" This past week, He has been speaking to me through dreams and Scripture, always satifying my searching heart. Like He had taken me on His shoulders like some high wave, bringing me home through the means of His voice: Torah. And this morning He took me again on this wave: "Rejoice, rejoice at all times!" I heard Him say, and then I saw the picture: it is how it should be for now. I'm still on that wave and it's great and I know He will fullfill all...

A POEM TO PONDER >>>DANIEL 12:10 *

A POEM TO PONDER DANIEL 12 VERSE 10 The other day whilst reading through the pages of God's Book, I saw a verse that drew my eyes to have another look, They were the words of a mighty angel, nor were they idly said, A priceless clue to hidden truth lay in the words I read. "The wicked will do wickedly, none of them will understand," Or grasp the truth of the vision of the future God has planned, "But the wise will be purified" and as from sin they turn, Their minds will fathom complex truths, which only they can learn. Just pause and reconsider the message of that clue, That real wisdom only comes from God to me and you, When we put away the evil we secrectly adore, Tis only then we'll know the truth and understand it more. Yes ignorance and wickedness, they travel hand in hand, "The wicked will do wickedly, they'll never understand," But the wise they will be purified, "purified to know,...

Jesus and the Sabbath

Jesus and the Sabbath Jesus Christ was an observant Jew. He called the temple “my Father’s house” (John 2:16; cf. Matthew 23:16–22), upheld tithing laws (Matthew 23:23), recommended Mosaic sacrifices (Luke 5:14), taught in the synagogues on Sabbath days (Mark 6:2; Luke 4:16; 6:6; 13:10), and observed festivals (Matthew 26:17–20; Luke 2:41–42; 22:15; John 7:10). He clearly respected customs normally deemed “Jewish.” While He respected “Jewish” institutions such as the temple and priesthood, He did speak of the termination of the temple and its services (Matthew 23:37–39; 24:1–2; John 4:21); but He said nothing similar about the Sabbath or the Decalogue. On the contrary, He plainly said that He did not come to abolish the law (Matthew 5:17), declaring that “whoever relaxes one of the least of these commandments and teaches others to do the same will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever does them and teaches them will be called great in the kingdom of heaven” (verse...

Unity and Separation Under the Loud Cry

Unity and Separation Under the Loud Cry Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee. For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the Lord shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee. Isa. 60:1, 2. As trials thicken around us, both separation and unity will be seen in our ranks. Some who are now ready to take up weapons of warfare will in times of real peril make it manifest that they have not built upon the solid rock; they will yield to temptation. Those who have had great light and precious privileges, but have not improved them, will, under one pretext or another, go out from us. Not having received the love of the truth, they will be taken in the delusions of the enemy; they will give heed to seducing spirits and doctrines of devils, and will depart from the faith. But, on the other hand, when the storm of persecution really breaks upon us, the true sheep will hear the true Shep...

WHY ARE PROTESTANTS BOWING TO THE POPE ?

WHY ARE PROTESTANTS BOWING TO THE POPE ? Sunday, the first day of the week, is heralded today as the "Christian Sabbath". But it has not always been so! Since ancient times, Sunday has been a day in which pagans, witches, shamans, and other occult and spiritualistic peoples worshipped the sun, hence the name--Sun-day. It was not a day to worship the God of heaven, but to worship the god of this earth--Lucifer or Satan or the devil, and can be traced all the way back to ancient Babylon and Nimrod. As the first day of the week is almost universally observed by Christians today instead of the seventh day Sabbath of creation which the Creator required that we must remember to keep holy (see Genesis 2:2-3; Exodus 20:8-11), the question needs to be asked: When was this change made? The Roman Catholic Church states: "Perhaps the boldest thing, the most revolutionary change the Church ever did, happened in the first century. The holy day, the Sabbath, was changed fr...
