Roasted Chili Garbanzo Beans

oil oil spray
1 tblsp olive oil
2 tsp chili powder
1 (15oz) can garbanzo or chickpeas, drained, rinsed & patted dry

Preheat oven to 375F degrees.

Mist a large baking sheet with olive oil spray.

In a medium bowl, whisk together 1 tblsp olive oil and the chili powder. Add the garbanzo beans and toss until well coasted. Pour unto prepared baking sheet. Spread them out so they do not touch and are in a single layer.

Bake for 35 minutes, shaking the pan every 10 minutes to rotate the beans. Remove when crispy and hot. Serve immediately.
