1/2 C.PUMPKIN PUREE
2 TBS chia seeds
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp. ground clove powder
1/2 tsp. ground allspice
1/2 tsp. pure almond extract
2 TBSP. stevia or honey or 2 large date
2 c. Almond Milk , soy ,rice , oat or hemp milk
2 c. ice
Place in vita mix , or even your blender .
Blend until the smoothie is to the texture you like !!!
